We believe in our products 100%. We do our best every day to make you happy and smile when using our service, but we understand that it is not easy for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem that we cannot resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to offer you a refund.​
How to make a refund request?​
Please make a note of your transaction request ID with the subject: “Request and Refund” and describe in your email the issues you are facing and the reason for this request. In some reasons you have to send us evidence and we will also send you evidence of our work and the things that we noticed and that we have to show you also to better explain our point of view and our decision in more detail and in a more transparent way.​

Please understand and accept that we cannot offer refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to attempt to resolve them and assist you appropriately. If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund. Contact our 24/7 live support anytime if you need assistant.
Refunds can only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours no refunds can be processed. If you paid with credit cards, refunds are typically processed and funds returned to the debit card in the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.
However, there are cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these deadlines and delays. We are not the payment provider, only the IPTV service provider.
We will fully refund only the purchase that has been made in less than 72 hours. All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the used period of the subscription. The http://nordflix.se support team will contact users in all refund cases.
Note: Each refund usually takes between 20 and 90 business days to complete and it is not in our power to reduce this period. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will try our best to refund users immediately after viewing the request and verifying user information.
Some channels freeze, buffer or not work RARELY
Although almost all of our servers are stable, sometimes some channels freeze or do not work for various reasons, but it is not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to solve them.
